A stop-motion animated film, “Frankenweenie” will be filmed in black and white and rendered in 3D, which will elevate the classic style to a whole new experience. From creative genius Tim Burton (“Alice in Wonderland,” The Nightmare Before Christmas”) comes “Frankenweenie,” a heartwarming tale about a boy and his dog. After unexpectedly losing his beloved dog Sparky, young Victor harnesses the power of science to bring his best friend back to life—with just a few minor adjustments. He tries to hide his home-sewn creation, but when Sparky gets out, Victor’s fellow students, teachers and the entire town all learn that getting a new “leash on life” can be monstrous.

Robert Pattinson Filming David Cronenberg's COSMOPOLIS [VIDEO]

This is an on-set video of Robert Pattinson at work in David Cronenberg's latest movie, "Cosmopolis", due for release sometime in 2012. The movie follows a 28 year old billionaire (played by Pattinson) who loses all of his fortune in one day. The story, based on a novel by Dom DeLillo, is a modern version of James Joyce's "Ulysses", taking place in New York, around the year 2000 and is meant to be a thorough insight into the flaws of society, which is pretty much Cronenberg's favorite topic. The movie also stars Keira Knightley, Paul Giamatti and Juliette Binoche.
