NUDE Magazine in jeopardy

I was saddened to hear this week that due to the closing of the Borders chain of bookstores, the good folks at Carrie Leigh's NUDE magazine have lost their major real world distribution source. Their website states that they are in the process of exploring their options.

Here's wishing this fine publication the best for their reinvention. Please support the people that support photographers like those I feature here.

New Edition of Nude Magazine

The fine folks over at Carrie Leigh's NUDE Magazine have started pre-ordering for the next edition of their quarterly publication. This issue has a feature article on a model many of us have had the chance to work with, the wonderful Candace Nirvana. (There's even a little quote from me in the article.)

Big month in Reader Publications

Wow, this has been a big month for Art Nudes readers getting their work out in print. With the holidays just around the corner, these all seem like pretty cool gift ideas for the photography enthusiast in your life, even if it means buying them for yourself!

Steve Richard's awesome "Cloud Busting" series is now available in book form. The book was printed at Zanardi Press in Italy and will be in normal book store distribution early 2011 (being distributed through University of New Mexico Press). In the meantime, it is now available for sale on directly through Steve's site.
