That guy in the white shirt embarrassing the hell out of all of the Caucasians in America is 9th Congressional District Assemblyman David Weprin, who just so happens is running for Anthony Weiner's old Congressional seat.
Is it too late to just reinstate the guy who showed the world his penis? Comparatively speaking I think it was somewhat less embarrassing.
And can I just say as a representative of my pasty white homies, that not ALL of us are lacking the "get down and boogie" gene.
I myself have danced on stage, in numerous nightclubs that I was not asked to leave, and at one time even professionally. (No I will not elaborate on that last part because whatever was your first assumption will, sadly, turn out to be the correct assumption.)The secret to not dancing like an arthritic Alzheimer's patient suffering a slight hearing loss which makes it impossible for you to find the beat, is to not TRY to dance. If you try to hide your lack of dancing ability through big distracting movements you will just look like an epileptic trying to pick fruit off of a tree. Let's step away from the negative and talk about something positive. Like gay marriage in New York!

Is that not just the sweetest thing you have seen in very a long time?
I cannot imagine ANYBODY telling these wonderful ladies that they could not express their love for each other by legally committing their lives to one another. It just seems cruel upon reflection doesn't it?
This has started my daughter talking about wanting to get married as well, which I am VERY excited about! I have actually given away a lot of brides, but I had given up hope that I would someday do the same for my daughter.
Just another reminder to NEVER give up hope.

The New York State Senate JUST passed their same sex marriage bill!

The New York Senate voted to legalize same-sex marriage in the state Friday, June 24 with a vote of 33 to 29.
The measure needed just one more supporter in the Republican-controlled Senate. Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) called the body back into session after it expired Monday, June 20 to continue debating the issue. The governor expressed his support for legalized same-sex marriage, and spent the past few weeks personally lobbying senators on the matter.
The bill, which had been passed by the State Assembly, includes measures that would exempt religious groups who don’t support legalized marriage equality from having to officiate or otherwise participate in same-sex unions.
Now that is a pretty great way to wrtap up my blogging this Friday evening!

Weinergate Lewd Photos

I so not wanted to do the Weinergate scandal but here we are tonight... Dammit. Anyhow, Rep. Anthony Weiner of New York was trying to send lewd photos of a bulge in his underwear over Twitter to a college student in Seattle. But instead of sending the crotch shot photo to the one intended girl in Seattle via private messaging on Twitter, he send it publicly to 45,000 of his followers. He quickly deleted the tweet with the bugle a few moments later and about 3 minutes later said he was just hacked. The incident was quickly dubbed Weinergate a play on his name and the Watergate scandal from some 35 years ago and every Washington D.C. political scandal since then. So the new scandal, now dubbed Weinergate, started when a photograph of a man's penis erected underneath gray boxer-briefs was posted on Weiner's Twitter page.
At first Rep. Weiner denied he sent the lewd photo but after several more photos were released today via BigGovernment with one of the 6 women he was sexting over the years telling her story. Apparently some of these woman were surprised when a U.S. Congressmen started to send them lewd photos of his erection. The interesting thing about this new scandal is that Anthony Weiner was in the lead to be the next mayor of New York City in 2013. And despite popular belief today, I am willing to bet he is even in a better position to be the next mayor of NYC. Anyway, some are calling for his resignation but so far I have not seen any laws broken so while I wouldn't vote for him... I would not be calling for him to resign.
Okay, here are four of the five photos we know of so far... the fifth photo is said to be extremely graphic and is believe to be a photo of the congressman's weiner. LOL... I just had to make a weiner joke! For whatever reason this scandal is now huge in American even though there is no naked chick. I hate big sex scandals without a naked chick or two. Needless to say but he violated every last prevision of his probation in one night. Yet he is still a free man. And other than a quick over night stay at New York Presbyterian Hospital for mental evaluation, he is not going to be punishing for any of this by New York authorities.
To recap the story: Charlie Sheen was found drunk and naked by police after trashing a hotel room in New York, with a prostitute hiding in the bathroom and high on cocaine when the police arrived. Nonetheless E! News is saying he will not face any criminal charges...
Believe it or not, despite being characterized as “emotionally disturbed” and hospitalized last night, Charlie Sheen might not really be in major league trouble.
An NYPD public information officer tells E! News that while the department cannot confirm that Sheen was naked when cops arrived, as has been reported, or that he was unconscious, as of now Sheen will not face any criminal charges for trashing his room at New York’s venerable Plaza Hotel. The hotel hasn’t come forward to lodge any complaint against the star, either.
