I don't know why she is in Mexico promoting her stink bath water but the people there are either to busy fearing for their lives or saving up their hard earned money for ransom accounts for the day when they will eventually need it.
Katy herself is lucky she was not kidnapped by a upstart local cartel trying to make a name for itself and have some fun with her charms.
Anyway, It seems like
Purr is already a hit as far as Mexico is concerned. So Katy flaunted a striking silver dress with
gems studded all over and showed her crotch as she signed autographs for her fans to generate some interest.
