Cosmopolitan Bachelor Bash 2011: Again, it's raining men!

Meet Kapuso Star Jay Gonzaga

Sixty-nine jaw-dropping men and seven hot celebrity centerfolds stormed the center stage for the much-awaited CosmoBachelor Bash 2011. Organized by Cosmopolitan magazine and now on its 11th year, the event was held last Sept. 15 in the jam-packed venue of the World Trade Center in Pasay City.

Fun, fearless females were treated to a series of titillating games followed by fashion shows and special performances from this year’s roster of hunks. Former Cosmo centerfold Aljur Abrenica ascended on stage and ripped off his shirt with a howl, followed by Rafael Rosell, Fabio Ide, Daniel Matsunaga, Mike Tan, Rodjun Cruz, Dominic and Felix Roco, Kean Cipriano, Atticus King, Derrick Hubalde, Jaco Benin, Lucky Mercado, Manuel Chua, Jommy Teotico, Geoff Taylor and Kris Lawrence.

More teasing came as Jake Cuenca took the stage while Rocco Nacino and Mark Herras showed some dance moves on the ramp, much to the delight of the crowd.

The crowd went wilder as the Top 7 Centerfolds walked the ramp. This year’s centerfolds are Anton del Rosario, Enzo Pineda, Ejay Falcon, Ahron Villena, Paulo Avelino, Hideo Muraoka and Enrique Gil.

Rounding up the list are Team Azkals’ Phil and James Younghusband and Aly Borromeo, who were unable to make it to the event due to prior commitments.

Hunk Hunt: 2011 Cosmo Bachelor Bash Search Day

We bring you another batch of go-see hotties for your viewing pleasure this long weekend! Check out the dudes who dropped by our HQ to try their luck.

If you're planning to stay in and relax in the next four days, gather the girls for a group viewing of the pretty-boy hopefuls we met on the third day of Cosmo Bachelor go-sees here in the Cosmo building last July 1. They tried their best to impress us; question is, will they impress you, too?

Many of the boys were just as talented as the first day's catch, and several were from foreign shores, too, like the global hotties on Day Two. As we got to know the third group of men who wanted to be part of the lucky 69, find out what they look for in a lady, where they'd take you on a romantic date, and what makes them fun, fearless males.

To make sure we gave every last hot bachelor hopeful a shot, we held our fourth and final leg of the Cosmo Bachelor Search last July 2 here at the Cosmo headquarters--and boy, was the turn out great! (If you haven't yet, check out the hotties who showed up for the first, second, and third go-sees.) We met studs of every profession--vets, nurses, accountants, engineers, artists, businessmen, students, fitness instructors, and plenty of HUNKY models, of course.

These guys lined up and patiently worked their way through the go-see process: signing up, filling out the Cosmo forms (a.k.a. "the exam"), facing the panel for an interview, braving a video interview with Cosmo.ph, and posing for sexy photos. The boys were eager to please you, our dear readers, and the Cosmo team. 

They divulged some sexy secrets, wacky fantasies, and tips for girls who would like to snatch a guy like them.

COSMO CENTERFOLDS, All Set To Wow You At The 2011 BACHELOR BASH!

Just one more week to go, and Cosmo chicks will finally witness the most anticipated party of the year, the Cosmo Bachelor Bash 2011. The nautical-themed event will feature the Bachelors and Centerfolds who graced the pages of this year's Cosmo Men supplement--all in the FLESH!

Says Cosmo editor-in-chief Zo Aguila, "The theme is Hamptons-slash-nautical…think yacht club... We feel na... the readers' right now, they want boys they can bring home to meet their parents, or guys who will take them on a 'cruise date.' Before, we would play on the sexy part of it—animalistic or bad boys. Ngayon, medyo level-up na naughty."

To give you a little teaser of what's in store, Cosmo held a press conference for some of the celebrity Centerfolds yesterday, September 6, at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. We caught up with two-time Centerfold Ejay Falcon (he was also in the 2009 lineup), actor-dancer-host Enrique Gil, August 2011 Man On Fire Paulo Avelino, Brapanese July 2011 Man On Fire Hideo Muraoka, and actor-model Ahron Villena.

Ejay: "Siyempre, maganda, sexy, maiintindihan 'yung trabaho ko and tanggap ako kung ano ako, 'yon… and matalino!"

Enrique: "Gusto ko malambing at marunong mag-Bisaya, ayun, plus ‘yon! ‘Yung mga Bisaya kasi, 'pag nagsasalita, malambing, pa-cute... And para makuha 'yung attention ko, sa smile lang ‘yan."

Paulo: "Gusto ko simple, nothing too flashy…hindi masyadong eye-candy kumbaga. And makukuha niya 'yung attention ko kung mas maraming skin ‘yung bini-bare."

Ahron: "Hinahanap ko 'yung malambing and simpleng tao lang... at handa akong mahalin."

Hideo: "Well, what can I say? There are a lot over at that table over there (points to Cosmo team--we were super kilig!). I think I like a girl with a nice energy, who can hold a good conversation. Communication is very important; I don't care about looks, short, tall, skinny, I don't care."
