Today a friend returned her copy of This Ominous Secret: The Proposal, and absolutely raved about it! This makes 6 women who have read it and loved it!

There is nothing more gratifying for a writer than to be told that their work had them on the edge of their seat. And even better, all of them are texting and FB messaging me, telling me to "Hurry up and finish book two!!" because they need to know what happens between Dillon and Gabe next. I love that. I absolutely adore finishing a book and feeling desperate to get my hands on the next one. It makes me giddy to know that I've invoked that sort of response from someone.

Now I just need to warrant this response from an agent.

Sometimes...it feels so far away that it is completely out of reach for me. Other times, it feels completely possible. I don't know what I am feeling today. Somewhere in the middle. "Medium" as one of my kids would put it. So today...I feel....
