Marvy Darvy

I'm feeling marvy! I have a few days off and I'm going to enjoy every moment. Tomorrow is the staff party which includes my FAVORITE game - POKER! I'm pretty good most of the time too if I do say so myself. My best friend will be there and I'm looking to catching up with her - I've been too busy to spend any time with her and I miss her. I love my friends and I'm lucky to have them.

I've made some new friends the last few days here on the net - it's always wonderful to know people are social animals no matter where you might visit. Thanks for the great emails cuz I appreciate that blog comments aren't always the way to go. It can be hard to place a comment in the comment box and worry about what others might think or say about it.

Thanks also for being kind when I had my recent dark attack - as strange as it is to say it - you guys helped me.

I often tell friends who are experiencing difficulties that they are going through the tunnel of discontent and the important thing to remember is they are headed for the other side. Don't hover around the opening - enter the tunnel prepared for darkness but know that light is coming. I feel like I left the tunnel and have just entered the light. Okay that sounds totally corny! I'm not that dippy - but heck I hope the analogy works anyway.
