GO TO LAW SCHOOL AND FLY THROUGH LIFE LIKE AN EAGLE!

Watch this little chestnut of a flim clip kids!

To this day, I am astounded at the special effects from 1954.

I mean...WOW!  it really, really looks like Simon is flying here!

And don't forget, this was years before Star Wars and Robocop and Independence Day, and James Cameron's 1997 Tittietanic movie- type special computerized effects. (I say Tittietanic, because, unlike earlier cinematic renditions of the Titanic tragedy, there was a nice tittie scene, in Cameron's version, which made me very, very appreciative :)

But in this early 1954 film:  How did they do it?

For all intensive porpoises (Which are very serious-minded Dolphins) Simon flew! He really flew!

And while wearing a nifty suit too! (Dark red and mid to pale gray go together well, and I'll have to remember that.)

But that Simon sure was a Caution!

Sigh!  The lengths to which some people will go, in order to entertain a Demonic mob.

(Full screen is best)

BTW, this little film clip is eerie to me, since I am reminded of the WTC, given the appearance of the tower that Simon, played by Jack Palance, flew from.

Gotta go clean up, but I will leave youse all with another little artistic (musical) chestnut:

August 26th- 7:55 AM:

Anyway, and as I ride out the Hurricane this weekend, I will leave youse all with one more little chestnut below.

At this point in time, and in light of all the Ann Coulter content on my blog, I am starting to think that I am on Dangerous Ground.

I mean, I am not burning up with blatant PASSION,  as poor Colin Dunne, the male dancer, seems to be here for lovely Ms. Butler.

But.....(sigh!) even if I was, like Colin, burning up with passion for Ann (which I won't say, or rather, admit to) I certainly wouldn't be so obvious about it.

Lawyer types just don't so that sort of thing :)
