Research Pictures.

I drove out to my hometown of Fairfield today.

I needed to take some pictures for my office, as I like to hang pictures of the places, people, homes, etc, that I am writing about. I found the very house I'd been picturing in my mind only to realize that it has peeling barn red paint, instead of yellow. I guess I will have to change the description in my book.

Here's to Autumn and Henry's story...
There are tractors everywhere in Fairfield.

The center of town.

This is where "Billy Cole" works.

Main street.

This is the pharmacy where Billy gets a job for Autumn.

Where Autumn had her first kiss.

Billy Cole's house. (Autumn & Elliott's too)

The rolling plains that Autumn describes.

Holly Momner-Judd's house (Cody's folks' farm)

More shots of the house...

Would you look at these colors!! Who says my hometown isn't beautiful!?

This is the tiny house I envision Henry renting behind the firehouse (Though it is located across town.)
