Super chapter.

Last night I worked on editing/rewriting a super chapter.

The reason I refer to it as a super chapter is because it is a chapter in which my characters are everything I want them to be, and they do everything I want them to do and more! There is humor and wit and cuteness and sexiness and baseball and pizza.....*Sigh* does it get any better than that?

I let a couple of my "fans" read the chapter late last night, and they loved it. This particular chapter always seems to get glowing reviews. I'm not surprised. The kiss between Dillon and Gabe is hot! HAWT! It makes me want to be in the tunnels at Safeco Stadium, so that I can be lifted up, etc. I love, love, love it when Dillon and Gabe indulge themselves in inappropriate behavior. Their poor fiances...

Is this just a "me" thing? I have favorite chapters, and less favorite chapters?  Am I supposed to love every chapter? I hope not, because then I am screwed. There are some chapters that I hate with a passion. Mind you, they're part of the plot and completely necessary, but they aren't easy or fun to write, so I drag my butt on them a bit. I don't like those chapters.

I prefer the chapters with heat. Just a little. Enough to get the blood pumping the slightest bit. And chapters with humor. Oh how I love a chapter that makes me laugh out loud! I likes me the chapters like that. Hopefully it will all come together to make one awesome story. But only time (and editing) will tell...
