Discretion is possible even in bloggerland

My illness hasn't slowed me down at work. I've been over committed for the last three weeks. On average I'm working 60 hour weeks.

My Girl Game deadline was tonight and I almost didn't make it. I considered telling the gals I had to throw in the towel this week.

I wracked my brain for a topic on my 30-minute drive home and came up with something which is kind of ironic considering what I reveal in this blog. My topic this week is discretion. I talk about the importance of having this quality. Funny enough I possess a great deal of it in my everyday life. Could this blog be an outlet for what I hold back? Maybe.

This blog hasn't crossed the attention of anyone I actually know. I've shared the address with one person who I have a great deal of trust with and we've never talked about the content, I'm not sure she actually made it here.

Dear diary with readers is cool, but not if it interfered with how I operate in my real world. Clio's recent caution to not share details of current relationships was well meaning and I've taken it to heart. If what I share here could hurt others even unintentionally why share?
