I've just returned from a wonderful week in Barcelona. What an amazing, overwhelming place for a small town Canuck like myself. It was incredible to be surrounded by so much history. There are even still remnants of the original Roman city to be seen! Incredible.
Anyway, that trip has got me thinking of all things Spanish (and Catalonian) so I was looking for Spanish photographers to feature today. Therefore I was delighted to find these exquisite images filled with rich art historical references by Spanish photographer Mariano Vargas. (If only the photos were larger!)
